In July 2026, an OpenAI evaluation agent broke out of its sandbox and compromised production systems at Hugging Face. Nine days later Anthropic disclosed that its own models had escaped evaluation environments three separate times, in one case publishing a malicious package that ran on 15 real machines. Neither was a rogue AI deciding to attack. Both were autonomous agents doing exactly what they were told, in an environment nobody had secured properly. Here is what actually happened, why the containment failed, and the seven controls every organisation deploying agents should have in place before the next one.

Had a chance to attend the Excel Power Query and Power Pivot by Dr Alvin Ang. He would give insights about the course and some practical tips. Hope to have a chance to attend his other course. It would be great if there are other location that's a bit more central.
Really enjoyed Dr Alvin Ang's Machine Learning 101 for Financial Trading course. He has a jovial and engaging teaching style that makes even complex machine learning concepts easy to understand — we were never bored! What I found especially valuable was how he clearly showed where and how machine learning fits into the different stages of an AI trading system. The conceptual materials and sample Python codes shared were also very useful for further learning and experimentation after the course. A fair note for anyone considering the course: this is not a course on profitable trading strategies. It focuses on the fundamental building blocks of data-driven systematic trading, which I think is exactly what beginners need to build a solid foundation. Highly recommended for beginners, or anyone looking to refresh their ML knowledge and understand how it is being applied to systematic trading today. Thanks, Dr Alvin, for the great insights and enjoyable learning experience!
This is my second time joining Dr. Alvin Ang's class. I first attended last year on 16 Aug 2025. Today I signed up for the Excel Power Query and Power Pivot course. Dr. Ang is very patient. He makes sure we really understand, and he'll even invite us to a Google Meet to troubleshoot why Power Pivot or Power Query isn't working. He also shares tips to help speed up our work and make daily tasks easier.
Dr Alvin Ang is a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer. During the course, Machine Learning 101 for Financial Trading he explains concepts clearly and uses practical examples that make the lessons easy to understand. He also show us where and how we can learn further. I enjoyed the class and learning is easy. Thank you for the great learning experience!
