Dr. Mak Wai Keong : Dr. Mak Wai Keong has a Doctor of Education (EdD.) and has completed his Masters of Science (MSc) degree in Management of Technology in 2000 at the National University of S

James has ingapore. In 1994, he obtained his Bachelor of Science (Merit) in Chemistry and Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.

Upon graduation with a BSc degree, he started his career in the area of training and multimedia development, and set up a company in 1997 to focus on multimedia training development for the telecommunications and semi-conductor industries. Being passionate in research and training, and educating the youth, he then moved to the academic and research domains as a lecturer at Temasek and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. His research capacity started at SIM University as a Research Associate, and National Institute of Education (Centre for Research in Pedagogy and Practices (CRPP). He was able to apply his experience in Learning Technology areas at the Singapore Polytechnic and Yale-NUS College where he was the Associate Director for Educational Resources & Technology.

Dr. Mak last appointment was at the Institute for Adult Learning, Innovation Lab (iN.LAB) as the Senior Learning Innovator before starting out on his own. He curated 4 major programs for iN.LAB, namely InnovByte, InnovLogue, InnovJam and InnovPlus.

He is author and co-author of numerous international journal and conference papers. Currently, he is the Group CEO of Edtrix Group – comprises Edtrix Solutions Pte. Ltd., Edtrix Innovation Pte. Ltd., Edtrix Enterprise Pte. Lte. and SmartzWerkz Pte. Ltd. His work involves research and development in Learner (and Gamer) Profiling (a psychometric tool that purports one’s learning preference) through Block Chain, Artificial Intelligence (Data, Textual, Auditory and Video [DTAV] Analytics), Supervised, Unsupervised and Reinforcement Learning. He is also into Conscious and Unconscious Learning through Games. He is currently working on various AI projects with Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, GSK Singapore, as well as consultancy work with SIM GE and ITE College East. James Lee Kin Nam: James Lee Kin Nam is a ACTA certified trainer. James has more than 20 years of progressive training experience in both corporate enterprises and educational institutes. He is certified by Adobe as an Adobe Certified Expert, Instructor and Web Specialist. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP Certified Trainer / Assessor) in adult training. He is also an MOE Registered Instructor. Graduated in the area of Computer Studies and Multimedia Development, he specializes in graphics, animation and web technologies.

He was a former Adjunct Lecturer for Singapore Polytechnic, Web Developer for Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Social Media & Content Specialist for Equinet Academy. He is currently an External Consultant & Training Associate at Boston Consulting Group.

Sophia Novita: Sophia Novita was a lecturer for 4 years in Visual Communication Design before she moved to Singapore. Shahul H. Maricar: Shahul H. Maricar is a ACTA certified trainer. Shahul H. Maricar has been a content developer and webmaster, building educational websites and applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He then served as an IT analyst, writing programs for automating custom workflows as well as data extraction and analysis in the healthcare field.
