Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

If Tertiary Infotech cancels/reschedules a class:   Tertiary Infotech reserves the right to cancel or change any class at its absolute discretion due to not meeting minimum class size or unforeseen circumstances. We will reschedule class to later date and inform registrant of this change. If the class is cancelled prior to its commencement and there is no rescheduled class, Tertiary Infotech will make a full refund of course fee already paid by the registrant.

If registrant cancels a registration:  Cancellation requests should be made known to Tertiary Infotech. There is no penalty for course cancellation/withdrawal. Registrant will need to cancel the SkillsFuture credit claim on or before the course start date in SkillsFuture Credit Portal if SkillsFuture credit has been used to pay for course fees. If course fee is not claimed using SkillsFuture Credit, Tertiary Infotech will make a full refund of course fee already paid by the registrant (via credit card, Paypal, bank transfer).

For group training course that is arranged with external venue booking/catering, cancellation or withdrawal is not permitted.  The full course fee is payable regardless of actual attendance due to our venue booking & catering commitment.

Replacement Policy

Given a 3 days notice before course commencement, companies may replace trainees who have signed up for the course.
