Ho Kum Chuen: Ho Kum Chuen is a ACTA certified trainer. Ho Kum Chuen is an accomplished six sigma MBB with more than 15 years experience in process improvement with a multinational company. During these years he had trained hundreds of black belts and green belts in lean and six sigma methodology. His experience also include the training and consultation of the IATF16949 core tools ( APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP) to meet the required certification.
A Chartered Engineer registered in UK , Kum Chuen had also held various engineering managerial positions in the electronic manufacturing industries.
Stefan Tan: Stefan is a ACTA- certified trainer. With an extensive background in supply chain operations, Management and strategy I am passionate about driving business performance through a strategic focus on driving value for customers and supply partners. His skills are supported by a strong commercial understanding and the ability to build and lead high performing teams across multiple countries with complex stakeholder structures (in both government and private sector). He is experienced in leading large scale projects and have led the development and implementation of best practice and process improvements. A strategic thinker who can challenge the status quo and drive innovative change. Mark Tan Kee Tchuan: Mark Tan Kee Tchuan is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt practitioner with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation and operational process improvement. He specializes in leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize both operational and transactional environments, leading cross-functional projects to drive standardization, efficiency, and business outcomes. Mark has successfully implemented process redesign and resource optimization strategies, delivering measurable improvements across various sectors including logistics, manufacturing, service, and healthcare.
With 6 years of industry consulting experience, Mark has built a strong business network through successful project delivery. He is also a Certified Scrum Master with over a decade of project management experience, overseeing large-scale system implementations, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives. Passionate about digitalization and automation, Mark has led RPA projects and applied design thinking to enhance user experience. His recent focus includes HR and enterprise-wide process re-engineering, where he leads continuous improvement initiatives and trains professionals in Lean Six Sigma. In addition, he has been an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) since 2016, certifying Yellow Belt students in continuous improvement.
Zahari Mohd (Zack): Zack is a ACTA-certified Trainer and a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor (PMP), with experience in training materials development & delivery to adult professionals. Excellent facilitation skills to ensure fun & engaging learning. Specialty topics include those related to Project Management, Six Sigma, Personal Development, Quality Assurance, and IT Processes. Have done global and regional face-to-face classroom training, and live virtual training, and facilitating “team-building” activities. He do project Management and Quality Assurance, for example, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Scrum Master and a certified Software Quality Assurance (CSQA) professional, with a proven track record of delivery, organizational development based on strong strategic vision and demonstrated ability to coach/mentor project teams. He have more than 35 years of working experience, with the last eight (8) years fully in Training and Facilitating. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of professional levels.Excellent ability to develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.Excellent ability in getting voice of the customer and converting them into develop, implement, and institutionalize processes, policies and procedures, as part of continuous process improvements. Khoo Yong: Khoo Yong graduated from NTU with a bachelor degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering. Currently, working as a principal engineer in one of the top 3 Semiconductor Manufacturing Pure-Play Foundry in the world, he is a statistician support Operations and Engineering, driving the Statistical Process Control Program in the Fab. He specializes in Statistics , basic Excel and advance Excel, including excel macro coding. He regularly conduct Statistical Process Control Courses in the company. He is a certified ACTA Trainer ( Advance Certificate in Training and Accessing) as well as a certified Black Belt.
