Design Thinking Basic For Executives

Businesses, social entrepreneurs, and other innovators have used human-centered design for decades to create solutions for many different types of challenges. This workshop will teach you the human-centered design process so you can be more people-centric when problem solving.

This Design Thinking workshop is designed with a group-guided learning structure, which means that you and your team of two to six people will be learning the human centered design process together.

This Design Thinking workshop is an invitation to experiment with the process of design. Let it inspire you to approach challenges differently and experience how human-centered design can add a new perspective and dimension to your work.

Certificate

All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Courses after achieved at least 75% attendance.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Knowledge and Skills

Steps to Apply Skills Future Claim

  • The staff will send you an invoice with the fee breakdown.
  • Login to the MySkillsFuture portal, select the course you’re enrolling on and enter the course date and schedule.
  • Enter the course fee payable by you (including GST) and enter the amount of credit to claim.
  • Upload your invoice and click ‘Submit’

The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with an objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training. His approach to redesigning Agile learning has helped organizations improve the way product team delivers products that customers love. SinFatt has been actively involved in designing and promoting the “Agile Redesigned” product line which includes: Design Sprint with Scrum, Design Thinking using LEGO© Serious Play© methods, SAFe© PI Planning using LEGO© Serious Play© method, Agile Discovery using LEGO© Serious Play© method. SinFatt is a certified adult educator holding a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He is also a certified LEGO Serious Play and AJ & Smart Design Sprint 2.0 facilitator.

Mark has successfully implemented process redesign and resource optimization strategies, delivering measurable improvements across various sectors including logistics, manufacturing, service, and healthcare.

With 6 years of industry consulting experience, Mark has built a strong business network through successful project delivery. He is also a Certified Scrum Master with over a decade of project management experience, overseeing large-scale system implementations, benchmarking, and cost optimization initiatives. Passionate about digitalization and automation, Mark has led RPA projects and applied design thinking to enhance user experience. His recent focus includes HR and enterprise-wide process re-engineering, where he leads continuous improvement initiatives and trains professionals in Lean Six Sigma. In addition, he has been an adjunct faculty member at Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) since 2016, certifying Yellow Belt students in continuous improvement.
