Lilian is a seasoned speaker and trainer with decades of experience delivering impactful courses, including Emotions 101, Anger Management, The Art of Listening, Self-Care, and Growing Old Graciously, among others. Her extensive client base includes government agencies and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), with her training sessions reaching several hundred participants over the years. Lilian’s professional journey began as an HR practitioner, where she specialized in recruitment, selection, and training. Her expertise extended to cross-cultural adjustment, soft skills development, and management training. Transitioning from HR, she established her own counselling practice, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, career guidance, and mid-life transitions. With her wealth of experience in both corporate and counselling spheres, Lilian brings unique insights and a holistic perspective to her sessions.
