Full Google Analytics Training

The Google Analytics 4 (GA4) course is designed for individuals who want to learn how to use the latest version of Google Analytics to track and analyze website and app traffic. In this course, students will learn how to set up and configure GA4 properties and tracking codes, collect data, and generate reports.

The course will cover the fundamental concepts of web analytics and the differences between GA4 and the previous version of Google Analytics (Universal Analytics). Students will also learn how to track user behavior, including events, user properties, and custom dimensions, and how to set and track conversion goals.

Throughout the course, students will work with real-world examples and data to gain practical experience using GA4. They will learn how to use the various reports available in GA4, including audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversion reports, to measure website and app traffic and optimize overall business performance.

By the end of the course, students will have a solid understanding of the capabilities of GA4 and how it can be used to improve website and app performance. They will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to track and analyze user behavior and conversion goals, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Trainer is good as he is a practitioner, but he need not read from the script as made it hard to understand the ramble. Easier for him to phrase it in his own words as we understand him perfectly when he speaks in layman's terms directly.

We need real-life data set up to test some of the features we're learning. A few important features could not be set up as we were using Google demo or Tertiary's own website, which was a wasted opportunity. (Posted on 9/14/2020)

Perhaps on the training environment, sometimes there are constructions going on and they can be quite discruptive.

I am very grateful towards the trainer (Suren), he is really very experience and helpful trainer for Google Analytics! I think a lot of time was wasted on him waiting for an answer from us. Eg. The trainer was showing how there is low sales during month of December and asked us why. There is no right or wrong answer; it could be Holiday period, bug etc and I think he should just inform us rather than wait for an answer as if someone is not familiar with marketing won't be able to derive such answers unless a scenario was given beforehand. I would recommend to just learn through online website & videos unless you have full subsidies for the course.
Trainer read off the slides throughout the duration and provided adequate explanation for some parts with many links for us for future reference. Thus, I find the content extremely dry and would love more hands-on.
As for some parts, the trainer went through pretty quick where I could not process as the duration is quite long. I would suggest giving us a short break two hours after lunch since the class ended an hour early on day 2.
