Tan Woan San has extensive experience in financial accounting, Management accounting, Internal audit in the multi industries. She has worked in diverse companies (include MNC and SME) including wafer silicon, trading, wholesale for more than 20 years, actively leading the financial and operational direction of the company to meet the target and growth objectives. She is very hands-on, manages and supervises cross-functional teams in finance operations in the South-east region (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam). San also possesses experience in Standard costing, SOx and Internal control as well as in setting up all the standard operating procedures with workflow for the companies. She joined Toastmasters International Mandarin club in year 2010 – 2014 with Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI). In the Toastmasters Humor Contest, San came in as the 1st Runner up in the District 80 L3.
San is an ACCA qualified (Fellowship member) and Certified Accountant, Singapore. She is also a certified SAP FICO Consultant. She has been doing in-house SAP Financial (SAP Business one) training for a company for the past years. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA).
