Trainers

Ho Kum Chuen: Ho Kum Chuen is a ACTA certified trainer. Ho Kum Chuen is an accomplished six sigma MBB with more than 15 years experience in process improvement with a multinational company. During these years he had trained hundreds of black belts and green belts in lean and six sigma methodology. His experience also include the training and consultation of the IATF16949 core tools ( APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP) to meet the required certification.

A Chartered Engineer registered in UK , Kum Chuen had also held various engineering managerial positions in the electronic manufacturing industries.

Rosli Abdul Samad: Rosli Abdul Samad is a ACTA certified trainer. Rosli is organized, objective, witty, Ingenious, ability to manage change and refine the organizations’ systems to run more efficiently, and understanding business need in adopting system thinking. Operational experience in both equipment and process engineering supported operational training and led continuous improvement project.
He has more than 30 years of working experience with a strong background/foundation in engineering and has led a team of engineers and trainers in my career and managing operation. He is also a progressive and dynamic professional, constantly seeking improvement and growth. A passionate educator and a strong advocator of long-life learning.

He has more than 10 years of WSQ trainer, an assessor and developer in the application of instructional methods, retention of learning, the different level of learning activities and Gagne’s instructional design with 11 WSQ courseware for Diploma in ‘Skill Framework for Electronics’ was approved by WSG and more than 200 staffs were trained.He has involved with mentoring and coaching of the skill-future programme for Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) and Earn and Learn (ELP) programme in developing Singaporean core. In the Developed Structured On-Job-Training (S-OJT) blueprint for Work-Learn Technical Diploma (WLTD) programme aligned with ITE study’s 2.5 years programme curriculum.

Darwin Ng: Darwin is an ACTA-certified facilitator. He graduated with NUS Bachelor of Electrical Engineering(Honours). He have more than 15 years in the semiconductor industry. Resposible engineering roles such as Process, Product, Integration, Yield, and Defects Analysis. He is specialise in Defects analysis. Have the experience in trainings to engineers in Product design, circuit driving, process flows, defects analysis, and testing. In order to work more effectively and more  knowledge-sharing, he continue his learning in pursuing Masters in Nanoelectronics.

Khoo Yong: Khoo Yong graduated from NTU with a bachelor degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering. Currently, working as a principal engineer in one of the top 3 Semiconductor Manufacturing Pure-Play Foundry in the world, he is a statistician support Operations and Engineering, driving the Statistical Process Control Program in the Fab. He specializes in Statistics , basic Excel and advance Excel, including excel macro coding. He regularly conduct Statistical Process Control Courses in the company. He is a certified ACTA Trainer ( Advance Certificate in Training and Accessing) as well as a certified Black Belt.
