- The staff will send you an invoice with the fee breakdown.
- Login to the MySkillsFuture portal, select the course you’re enrolling on and enter the course date and schedule.
- Enter the course fee payable by you (including GST) and enter the amount of credit to claim.
- Upload your invoice and click ‘Submit’

Get Additional Course Fee Support Up to $500 under UTAP
The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with an objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training. As a seasoned consultant, Mr. Chee has successfully guided numerous organizations in implementing management systems in industries such as manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and logistics. His knowledge of quality improvement techniques includes conducting in-house training on key methodologies like APQP, FMEA, DOE, 5S, and problem-solving tools. Tan Khiang Meng is an ACTA certified trainer. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1990 with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently M.Sc. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. He was also a certified Quality Engineer with ASQ.
Khiang Meng is currently an Adjunct Lecturer and Associate with tertiary education institutions transferring knowledge in various quantitative courses such as Statistical Analysis and Mathematical topics. He has more than 20 years of Quality Engineering and Quality Management experience with a global electronic manufacturing MNC, where there were opportunities to practice statistical and quality improvement methodologies. His area of specialty includes SPC, SQC, Process Capability Improvement, DoE, FMEA, 6-Sigma, GD&T, GRR and Quality Systems.
