About Progressive Wage Model (PWM)
The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) helps to increase wages of workers through upgrading skills and improving productivity.
Employers must ensure that their Singapore citizen and PR workers meet the PWM training requirements of attaining at least 1 Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Statement of Attainment, out of the list of approved WSQ training modules.

Steps to Apply Skills Future Claim
- The staff will send you an invoice with the fee breakdown.
- Login to the MySkillsFuture portal, select the course you’re enrolling on and enter the course date and schedule.
- Enter the course fee payable by you (including GST) and enter the amount of credit to claim.
- Upload your invoice and click ‘Submit’

Get Additional Course Fee Support Up to $500 under UTAP
The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with an objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training. It is provided to minimize the training cost. If you are a NTUC Union Member then you can get 50% funding (capped at $500 per year) under Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).

Terence Ee: Terence Ee is a ACTA certified trainr that has delivered IT training in Singapore and Myanmar. He has also facilitated faith formation courses for Christians in Singapore and Myanmar. As a trainer, his mission is to co-create insightful and actionable learning experiences with his learners.His current areas of focus include project management, information security management, quality management and office productivity applications.
Terence has more than 25 years of corporate IT experience. He has held senior management roles in the public and private sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management, a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences, a Diploma in Family Education, and the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Part of his spare time goes towards tutoring his children in their studies (while learning a thing or two along the way). Bernard Peh: Bernard Peh is a Business Development Director and ACTA certified trainer with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Solomon interests include Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing and Time-Series analysis.
Shahul H. Maricar: Shahul H. Maricar is a ACTA certified trainer. Shahul H. Maricar has been a content developer and webmaster, building educational websites and applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He then served as an IT analyst, writing programs for automating custom workflows as well as data extraction and analysis in the healthcare field.
